[Lindsay]: I think the ultimate compliment that we get from our clients when we’re working together is you guys get it, you understand government. You understand all the complexities and intricacies and it’s just so important and it’s not just the three of us it’s the 50 people who make up TMP Government and understand. We just live, eat and breathe government day in and day out.

[Gary]: I think we get it because we also have been doing it for so long. In fact, the roots of TMP Government go back to the early ‘60s. I think the first account was NASA, the space race.

[Mark]: The catch phrase that we’re hearing out there, everywhere we go is this outreach communications which is recruitment communications and branding. And it’s what we do. We know that when our people do their job properly, our client’s job becomes that much easier. We essentially become an extension of their staff. But it really begins when we go in and do that complete evaluation and using our expertise to put that strategy in place and that strategy really becomes the foundation for everything we do.

[Gary]: And it ends with powerful and persuasive creative, whether it’s online, whether it’s traditional, whether it’s a hybrid, whether it’s a totally comprehensive website, we just don’t want to be good enough for government, we want to be great enough for government and that includes embracing the latest technologies.

[Lindsay]: Technology is going to play a greater role in this new administration. And that’s what we do. That’s our sweet spot. In fact, not only are we one of the top 50 ranked ad agencies, we’re also the only ad agency that is ranked in the top 50 digital list as well. And that’s important because when you take that in-depth knowledge of digital and digital solutions and you overlay that with our expertise in government – you got compliance issues, privacy, accessibility and those types of things – you put those things together and you just have some amazing digital solutions.

[Mark]: For those people out there who have not worked with TMP Government, they really need to get to know us because we really do have a unique set of skills and people who work here. We understand their challenges, we understand their goals and it’s not because we read it somewhere but because we experienced it over the last 20 years working with government clients.
